Mk2 Focus electrical weirdness after service

After a service at a main dealer the following are dead:

Front heated screen
Rear heated screen
Left indicator (the stalk does nothing, but the hazard lights work)

Also the alarm keeps going off.

What could they have borked to cause this

To change the Pollen Filter you have to remove the Fusebox in the passenger footwell, Behind the glovebox.
I would guess one of the multi-plugs hasn't been refitted correctly.

Grab a torch, Remove the cloth trim covering the bottom of the Fusebox and look for a loose multi-plug.
It has connections on the underneath and on top of the Fusebox. It does pivot down to see the connections on top, Held in place by a plastic clip.

Thanks, you were right, one of the plugs was loose.

At least this indicates they did actually bother to change the pollen filter.

Glad you sorted it, i wonder if they'd be able to dignose/find the problem if you took it back?
