I was experiementing in Photoshop with some pictures I took a a VW show last week. I seem to an inadvertantly turned the show into a model village. It's a really cool effect, check it out...

Some cool shots there with some interesting angles. Although I did actually start to feel dizzy by the bottom of the page.

Let me guess: polygonal marquee plus large helping of Gaussian blur?

It gives an illusion of shallow DOF, which is why they llok like models taken from close-up.

Yep you got it pretty much right Also oversaturated the colour to make them more like toys.

Awesome news is that on the back of these and some other photos I've been doing this year, I've been asked to be the official photographer at the Volkswagen London to Brighton run this year
