Which Guitar chromatic tuner Acoustic/electric

As above, want to buy niece a Chromatic tuner for birthday she's only 13 and has a new acoustic guitar coming (do not know what).

If she's any good i may give her my 1988 fender USA Strat with original strings & original plastic protectors on the scratch plate that i can't play.

If it can tune other instruments all the better something in the range of £10- £40~, she also plays violin and piano, piano and singing she is getting very good at.

I was looking at a tc electronics polytune a few weeks ago - worked well.

I the end i purchased the iphone app to test the technology but its so good i didnt buy the hardware tuner

Went for a £10 clip on Snark in the end.
Noted about Iphone app; guess there's one for Android phones?
