Standard exhaust

Hello, hoping you can help me out here - is the griff exhaust the same as the chim?

Does anyone have a standard griff exhaust they wish to sell?

I think the exhaust itself is the same but the tail pipes are different hence the wheelbarrow comments from chim owners- our tail pipes come upwards, chim pipes are level.

Well the wheelbarrow comment is clearly nonsense, I can't get any power oversteer out of a wheelbarrow! :-)

I know cash is tight for most people at the moment (especially me) but it may be worth shelling out for a ss system as some of the original mild steel exhausts may be coming to the end of their life anyway. Just a thought.

I assume you're talking about the full section under the car not the manifolds. Aren't they all SS then?
I just assumed they were.

Yep, this is the bit I mean, I assumed it was SS as well.

I have a pre-cat and the whole exhaust system was mild steel as fitted when it left Blackpool. Not sure if the later Griffs came with SS as factory fitted. I have now replaced the mild steel system including the manifolds with SS.

I have a standard 500 exhaust to sell and all the rest manifolds etc if you're still interested?

Was only replaced to add ACT parts so all in good order
