Had this in a modern thing and it was engine mounts

Had similar and it went away when I replaced the gearbox mount as part of gearbox rebuild, old mount that came out looked old but was in tact and wasn't an obvious cause so could be coincidence but I didn't do anything else other than a gearbox rebuild and original clutch went back in as was over 90% thickness on friction plate

a couple of other common clutch judder causes are
Oil on the plate faces
Bent/broken pressure plate fingers

Increase in revs could be due to an air leak
