Guys, this will not happen. I think this was mentioned once as one of the methods that could be used to raise new car sales. Probably by one of the euro lobbyists for the car industry..... Guys, that story is almost 18 months old. Government announced before Xmas that this is not happening as it was unfair and would not serve any useful purpose.

Yep where all suffering cos we ain't all in it together. Trouble is we have an upper elete that's bin ripping us all off for centuries. Time we woke up and really got the country working together building business for our kids not just so share holders can take the meat whilst the rest of us pay tax and have little!
