You are never too old to be fettled by BR

Yes even at my age my car has been fettled by BR. Mike very kindly collected it just
before Xmas and I went down to pick up yesterday, what a fantastic drive back home!!!!
My advice to all you" Astonauts" who have still yet to have this experience, put it on your
to do list before you die, life is just too short...lol.
Finally. many thanks to Mike and his great team.

Unbeknown to me my battery conditioner had stopped working, and as I hadn't really used the
car since the North Yorkshire meeting (back-end Oct) the battery was totally flat. After one
aborted attempt to collect the car, Mike then got the train up just before Xmas laden with battery &
power-pack and managed to get it started. He then drove back to BR to store it over the festive holiday.
This meant he was able to hit the ground running when they returned to work last Monday ( 7th. ).
Obviously these arrangements suited us both, however, it was still a fantastic service from Mike,

I am too nice to be a critic, I am sure the people who have met me on this forum will vouch for
