Have you tried any TVR dealers or specialists? I would have thought they would find them easily enough. On mine I've replaced the squishy rubber bushed drop links with slide clamps and rod end bearings to take out the flex - this makes the bar more effective so you need to consider this in the context of the overall suspension setup.
