Just looking at the information regarding the new rules for the Nurburgring (on the PH main home page).

and says that you aren't allowed wheels that come out further than the body of the vehicle. obvioustly this is to stop open wheel race cars, but does this also include the westfields? I'm assuming so?????

Westfields in particular or all cycle winged seven styled vehicles, if that is the case then all vehicles with cycle wings will be excluded including some classic sports cars, i'm sure the rules don't mean that.

Probably to stop true open-wheeled race cars and "stanced" vw/jap things

its probably the same as UK laws where no wheels can protrude from bodywork. Cycle wings are classed as bodywork.
