Been having a discussion in the office and one colleague has suggested cars have lost their identity a touch by not having names (i.e BMW's 335 etc etc), like the old days. I think hes wrong but we have moved onto what is the coolest name for a car or bike. I have come to two, probably the most obvious names, Ninja (Kawasaki motorbike) and corbra!

So over to you guys, what is your favourite name of car or motorbike?

What's a 'corbra'? wink
My personal favourite is the Mazda 'Bongo Friendee' - not exactly what you'd call 'cool', but always makes me smile!

My first car - Hillman Avenger. Most unappropriate name for what was a gutless wonder, that handled badly!

Which Ninja? It's a pretty rubbish name if it doesn't actually tell you what the thing is.

And boring, most commonly referred to by owners of proper sports bikes as the Fireplace .....

A TVR (Cerbera, Chimaera, Typhoon, Grantura - even Vixen sounds a it bitey) or Aston Martin (even just with Vanquish) must win this one, shirley?

On a tangent, I could never understand what Citroen was thinking with the name "Jumpy" for their small van. Customers must think, hmmm - I need a small van to deliver my delicate goods - the name Jumpy inspires confidence.

Once saw a Bongo Friendee chasing a white WRX Impreza. That was quite a sight.

Dodge have had some good names imo. Eg; Dodge Viper, Charger, Challenger, Ram

Ducati Diavel also has a certain ring to it.
