Any other PH dinghyists do this event last Saturday? How did you get on if you did?
For anyone that hasn't done it, I can't recommend it enough. Excellent organisation. Has to be with over 300 odd boats from over 50 different classes on one lake. An amazing sight to see especially for the middle of winter. It was like a who's who of dingy racing with various national, european and world champions attending. The race was won by Rob Greehalgh (past winner of the Volvo round the world race) in a foiling moth.
It all seemed pretty sporting to me from my view at the back of the fleet despite a protest deciding the eventual winner......
