premium member asked to pay to sell

I am a premium member and have been since before july 2008 and was not paying for ads up until i placed a ad earlier today and am being asked to pay to sell?

This is a general point not one particularly about yourself, but it doesnt look like you use the site for anything other than selling going by your post count. Surely it makes sense if someone only uses the site to sell to get revenue from them for selling.

I have no say or ties on tbis site though and it may be a question better asked in the feedback section to get a moderators answer.
