Password forgotten and won't let him resend password

Hi,

My brother has forgotten his password and he can't login. He has clicked on Forgot Password but the link doesn't work in the email.

His username is Andy_VX I'm posting on his behalf as he can't login!

Hi, i'm very disappointed in the way this manor has been treated.

I lost my Password as i reset my computer and it no longer "Auto-fills" the password field for me. I tried to get a new password sent by clicking on the "Apply for new Password" tab but i don't receive the email. It will however send me a reminder with my login details and i still get Newsletters. I've also checked my junk mail but no luck. I just won't send me a new password

I've emailed the Pistonheads Facebook page and emailed Paul Garlick but have had no response. I'm very keen to get my old account back as it had lots of my garage info on there along with other bookmarks etc i want back.

Please can an Administraotr look in to this for me and get in touch.

I know there has been issues with the email system on PH so that might be the reason why you haven't received anything. I'll flag it up to the tech guys

Thanks. That profile also belongs to my brother. I think he made that one ages ago and forgot about it. He then more recently made the Andy_VX one. I should think he would want them consolidated to the Andy_VX one but best check.

Edit: actually looking at the dates that doesn't ring true. Never mind, it's the Andy_VX one he uses.

Don't think it's possible to consolidate profiles, once his password has been reset on the andy_vx profile, we'll have to disable the other two
