Another option is to tape up the front with the blue 3m tape to stop chips etc, i used to do it when i took my old car to shows to stop chips/flies etc. Its what they seem to do on the MP4's that i see being driven around on trade plates.
Be cheaper than a trailer and wont damage the paint.

Get a 2 or 3 rolls should be fine to do front/mirrors/leading edges of rear arches

Might do that to my Zed for Friday! Need to get my Zed back from the wheel specialist and it's just had the front end painted
