Help needed now!!

I don't want to worry anyone, and obviously I'm not going to post it, but any soft top TVR can be broken in to in under 15 seconds without causing any damage and without using any tools
A little bit of TVR knowledge is needed though, so most scrotes wouldn't be able to work it out I hope

I've just put +&- poles with colour coded caps to the front of the chim, just under the bonnet, saves alot of potential grief
Provided you can get the bonnet open.
Sorry, was'nt explaining it properly,it's located just under the lip of the bonnet on the underside of the air intake so you can acsess it up or down.
Would'nt work on the mesh grills though
what a nightmare!
Got into the car ok, (broke into it!) Got the roof down, electric windows down (half by hand!) however the car is still deadlocked! the door opener will not move. The locks will not unlock the car either...! Just enough battery life to open the boot and plug the charger in, however 3 hours charging and locks still not working. When i try and unlock it i hear a continuous machanical click.... its like its trying to unlock but cant fully. I'll leave it overnight charging and try again tomorrow i guess....

If it hasn't got any charge this morning then go into the side panel hatch behind the passenger seat and open the passenger door manually from in there. You'll then be able to get to the battery. Change it. It's a bugger of a job working at arms length but I see no other choice.

Sometimes the battery can be too flat to recharge, some people will tell you to buy a new battery, but first take the battery off the car and connect it via some jump leads to another battery, don't do anything, don't start the other car just leave it for a few hours. Then connect the battery to your charger, then leave it a good 24 hours, or if your using an Accumate until you see a green light, then pop it back on your car and all should be fine

..its not exactly the battery being to flat to recharge...most "cheap" (ie halfwits) battery chargers will not charge any completely flat battery as they require a few volts to pull some plates together in the charger (or something) ..better chargers (and older Halfwits ones) will charge a flat battery.
