Focus Airbag Light

Can anyone recommend anywhere in the North West where I might get my Y Reg Focus Ghia's airbag warning light problem fixed? I have had this diagnosed as fault code B1342. I have been told that this can only be tackled by a main dealer. Polar Ford of Warrington don't even get back to me. I suspect this problem has been aired before but the search engine is down so I cannot look for it.
