E46 M3 Centre Exhaust section
Discussion
Hi all,
I have just bought a new centre section and tailbox for my 2002 M3, both are non-standard performance units, and both from different suppliers.
The problem I have is where the two pipes connect to the tailbox, one pipe is a tapered pipe with a flange, whereas the other is a straight forward pipe.
The original centre section has two flanges, and additionally the new tailbox has two flanges....
Could I have purchased the wrong centre box?
Thanks all
Jay

This is a Miltek but joints are identical to BMw and a back box or centres edition will fit to both sections. Zoom in on the connection and you'll see the odd female/female and male/female joints
