However, The orig plate does work with the DVLA !
Obviously wants to keep his "private" plate.....(dougie)

if you click the 'click here to buy it now' button it takes you out of ebay and asks you for your email addy, paypal id, name, address, etc.

Seems to be some sort of scam.
