Just did an electrical job for a couple in Hatch End (pinner middx).

The lady of the house owned Two......yes Two 350i FHC's.

She gave me two boxes of old sprint magazines (all in the old A5 format)

I wonder when i start to read them how many cars i will recognise !!

Looking forward to thumbing thru !!

Hallsie, don't get excited by the phrase "thumbing thru".......it means reading.....nothing more !!

I did get all excited, I must admit, but it was the FHC part!!

Did you tell this 'Lady' that you had the hairdressers version?

Was one of them a very pale yellow car?

I live near Hatch End and haven't seen a FHC for over 10 years locally

ISTR there were a couple of wimmins in a 350FHC at one of the early 'Fests - or it may have been the first BNG at Chatsworth in the tossing rain.

My car was Sprint's nude centre-spread sometime in 1999 - at Back Home that year there was a photo competition and the previous owner of my car bagged a prize for an unusual-angled shot of the 390... which for the last 20 mins I've been trying to upload and failed, something on PH is not working right irked

EDIT: aha, it's working now biggrin ...

What will the chimpy man partner think about you inviting other men to meet in the middle of parks??

He will go banannas when he finds out!

Were these said FHC's road worthy, tax and tested etc, or stored for a non rainy day?

Not that Ive got any room to get another one darling (Hayley, not you Gav) but just Bi Curious.... see what I did there, before you did?
