4 inches of snow 4x4 or TVR... obvious really!
Discussion
Just arrived at work, fab drive having taken the sensible decision to take my Chim instead of my 4x4
Highlights - a quick trip around Sainsburys to hone my skills and overtaking a Focus which was stuck on a hill (I needed a bit of comittment mind you!)
Hopefully entertained a few people, just hope I manage to get back with a big grin on my face...

Having a Honda CRV as a sensible car to get around in safely in today's conditions, I want to know where I can buy one of these SUPER 4X4's I've seen today who can manage to drive around at excess speeds, leaving little or no braking distance and complete disregard for other road users and pedestrians?????
Managed to get home ok by TVR too
I actually found it more scary driving my 4x4 XC90 afterwards - after having so much fun in the Chimaera the Volvo's weight and over active ABS massively increased braking distances. The total lack of steering feel isn't normally an issue in the Volvo but on icy roads and immediately after the feelsome Tiv it also came as an unpleasant surprise. Just seen there is more snow due tomorrow, intending to go mountain biking at QE Park on the A3 - maybe a step too far for the Chim (although my bike does fit in the boot!)
