You know you're a TVR owner when...
Discussion
I was having a chat with a friend last night and noticed he was looking at me with the same expression as when his little boy (my Godson) is telling him some unbelievable tale. I asked why and he just said "if it was anyone else telling me about any other car then I'd think they were complaining about it"...
So, in the spirit of this then I was thinking it might be fun to start a little thread of things that make a TVR owner a real TVR owner...
I'll start with...
"You know you're a TVR owner when you drive to a friends house in the rain and think nothing of the fact that when you arrive the bottom of your jeans are wet..."
"You know you're a TVR owner when you buy spare spares for things that haven't yet broken..."

Built garage & carport for TVR
Only spotted by building inspector once finished that garage was 4ft wider and 4 ft longer than plans, but could do nothing as he had signed off every stage during build lol
Well I do live in Ireland
Our 'garage' started life as a carport but morphed into a garage once building types from the council stopped paying any attention to it. And yep, it was built purely for our baby
And my other contribution to this topic is 'You know your a TVR owner when the TVR's present takes up most of the space beneath the Christmas tree
. And when, on those days when there is just too much salt down, you sit in your beloved car with a brew and dream of warmer, happier days to come.....
