They? It's the same car and idiot driver! I clean all the snow off the windows, bonnet and roof. In some countries it's a requirment and seems sensible so why not?

On the plus side it's improved the car's looks immeasurably.

On a live lane, it would seem not!

I always clear the windows and the roof. You'll regularly see fools driving around with a huge block of snow on their roof. As soon as they step on the brakes it all falls forward onto the windscreen! redcard

I was driving along some b roads in deepest suffolk yesterday, it's a bit worrying when the car coming the other way looks a bit like that & the road is only maybe 12ft wide with dykes either side & still got 4inches of snow on it. Complete tossers.

Totally ignoring the zero visibility issue if he brakes hard the snow will slide clean off the bonnet onto the road infront this causing sudden zero grip and also the snow from the roof slides down blocking all visibility on the front screen.

You should send those pictures to the police. At the very least Mr Plod will visit them and give a stren talking to which may save a life or they get fined points retest etc. they are risking the lives of other road users as they were probably in a rush.... Utter idiots.

pretty certain that the police won't be interested at all. Unless he caused or had an accident they probably won't be interested. They have better things to be doing apparently.

Need police out on the roads. This is an offence and carries a £60 fine and possibly 3 points. You must clear all windows as a minimum. That is bloody dangerous though.

I'm certain a traffic officer WOULD pull him, you can't even see any lights.
