Gone......... to a good home
Discussion
Well, after being a little dismayed that everyone followed my decision of selling the car in late July (and henc made it a buyers market
) I've sold my S today to someone who doesn't run a dodgy money laundering company in New Zealand!
We both walked away from the deal happy, and he'll be picking it up sometime next week.
The fella is a Pistonheads lurker and has been reading the forums for a while, so I'm sure he'll announce himself at some point soon.
He has plans to drop in an LSD as well as a Ford Duratec engine.......
I'm gonna miss her load, but the prospect of having a new TVR to play with in the coming months will keep me happy, so I won't be shedding too many tears over a whisky tonight.
No, where can I find a Cerbera before BT&P....

I bought an S today from a very nice chap in East london. Will pick it up next week and I just can't wait! Paid way over my budget but still I recon I did ok. You can tell alot about a car and how it has been looked after by talking to and observing the owner. Driven hard, oh yes, but skimped on things, I don't think so. Cheers Tripps!
By the way if anybody is interested there is a Cat C right off in this weeks Exchange and Mart. It is near Dartford. It has had a frontal impact which has damaged the bonnet and bent the hinge points. Could be a good car and as a Cat C can be put back on the road after an inspection. I was going to go and see it but I got carried away. Sound familiar?

Cheers Guys! I look forward to meeting you all in person in the future. I think the wife will be easily converted to enjoying some S meets. The car was spotless when I saw it, I did wonder why Tripps was sweating when I arrived!

Tis done, thanks for the tip. Pissed off I can't make it to Austec's open day. I only live twenty minutes away but work have sent me up to Manchester for the weekend. Still, I guess I have to pay for this car somehow
