I need to get some new keys for my landrover and being miles from what could be called civilisation and having zero desire to enter civilisation and pay for parking is there anywhere that does key cutting online.

Not being a modern car i can't go to my nearest council estate to get the keys cloned as it has no brain.

So any recommendations?

Have you not got an asda within Land Rover distance? Most photo departments now do key cutting.

I wouldn't know where to start with online - do you draw round the template? Too many chances of it going fubar.

Fair enough. When I last had a key cut, the number defined the shape of the key, as you looked at it end on. The side profile of the key was something they still needed an original key for, but perhaps your's is different.
That's what I thought.

I used ebay a few years ago, all the guy needed was a good photo, no code etc.

This was for a 2000 passat. The worked fine and cost less than a local shop.

Bur do you really want a randomer on the Internet to not only have the details of your car key, but also the postal address of your house where it is most likely kept??
I certainly wouldn't!

I could give you my postcode and address and you still couldn't find my house.
