Does anyone on here use a storage service for there Cerb in the Brrrr months? I've been thinking about what to do with mine once she comes back from TVR Central and started looking at warehouses with conditioning, what other people offer etc... anyone else in the West Mids need some dry space? Could make an ever changing mini TVR garage/museum. : )

Your big problem storing multiple cars is insurance cover. Even if you find a cheap enough warehouse/workshop you will probably have to have commercial insurance, cameras, cages over fire doors, alarm etc. your probably better off using the most local storage specialist you can find.

Very true, initially had toyed with using a sealed container for mine. But it's a little moist in the air judging by the couch in storage!

Will take a better look at the commercial insurance, the rest is easy enough. Guess it all comes down to making it commercially viable, just seeing if it can pay for itself really.

Don't know if its any help, but I stored my Elise with this guy http://www.bagcarstorageltd.co.uk/ for 5 years - really nice guy, didn't mind how many times I changed the car over (so I'd leave my everyday car there for an hour, a day, a week etc whilst out in the Lotus).

He seems to have loads of security is built like a brick outhouse himself (so couldn't drive the Elise - snigger) and has some pretty aggressive farm dogs so it seems very secure and his prices are good.

When I bought my car, Alan had it in Storage with Rudler for 3 -6 months? http://www.rudler.co.uk/

Very anonymous, very professional, I was really impressed by their facilities.
