3mm Mild steel sheet offcut

Looking for a small piece of 3mm plate for a chassis repair, 100mm x 200mm. If anyone has a piece lying around would be much appreciated. Don't want to buy a sheet for a one off repair if I don't have to. Tayside, Angus area. Or any blacksmiths who may have the odd piece.

When I did my chassis repair, I went round to the local steel supplier. He sold me 2m of tube (£12 - last of big spenders, me), but gave me various offcuts of plate as well to make brackets. Have a look for steel suppliers on yell or something.
