I'm sure one of the mods will shift this if they see fit. But in the meantime, has anyone been to this? Is it worth visiting?
My son wants to go but I want to be certain it's worth the visit.
Any advice appreciated chaps.

Bloody, bloody bloody! I really should have made sure my son had logged out. This was (meant to be) me posting the question!

I went to the last one, it's a big show so plenty to see, but got very crowded, esp the German brands. We could hardly move on the Merc and Audi stands, so if you want to visit them get there early. Frankfurt itself was a bit disappointing, but then I had been to Munich a few weeks earlier and that was awesome.

Very much worth it. If you can manage to go on a week day then the crowds are a lot better than the weekends. Frankfurt is a great city, although completely different to Munich. A lot less older buildings but it was completely flattened by bomber command. Great pub culture and very good restaurants. I'm off to the show again this year without doubt.

Ive been for the last three shows. Do not book the third and forth days, these are also trade/press/manufacturer days, nearly didnt get in, nothing about it when you book online though. You can park under the venue, not sure if thats advertised.
The weekend is to be avoided as it gets very busy.
Dont forget the ring is on your way home.

Thanks very much chaps. Unfortunately we could only go at weekend, but I think we'll just go for it, try to get in as early as possible and get to the main stands the boy wants to visit and take our chances with the resr.
Invaluable advice, as ever here.
