Bugger. Whatever happens, I guess this means the price of Mackerel is on the way up.

I think I'm going to have to start getting into flaxseed.

I was looking at fish in the supermarket last night. Some of it is very cheap especially some stuff I've never heard of

Yeah but not all fish is in the Mackerel levels of superfood stratosphere.

Funny, I had notice the price steadily increasing. I used to buy 120g of this in olive oil - a whacking 4.3g of Omega 3 - at 82p only a couple of years ago, then it was 88p now 95p... tomorrow it will probably break the £1 barrier. frown

It'll be a big moment for sure, and likely to be the subject of much debate on here, but we'll get used to it and its likely to continue to rise to about £1.29/ £1.35 or so. I blame the gubberment, BP/John west (actually the same company) and lefties... biggrin
