I reckon that's my old Griff'
I part-ex' it for a T350 in '04. It had silver wheels when I had it along with leather dash and door cards, turned alloy dash, MC1 cam and induction stuff, I did the rockers/plenum/alternator polish'n'paint and used to spend hours cleaning under that bonnet and it was a beautiful example and looked out for it since at Growls' etc. Saw it advertised last year looking a shadow of it's former self and the add ran something like, it had race cam's' and would do 180mph
What a crying shame, [hope driver ok] As for who's selling it now,
Dreamland, and can't imagine anyone buying from them at their prices. PS; I feel really saddened by those pictures.
PPS; hope my first Griff' is still around M600 TVR ??

Note they say insurance paid out £27450 but I bet the owner didn't get that amount or anywhere near it.
When my Mrs wrote off our Multipla in a slow speed rear-end shunt last year we got £1150 but I saw from my renewal that the total payout was £14,500. The other car was a shatty old Ford that wasn't worth more than £2000 tops so I would be interested to know who got the rest.

i had a minor no fault shunt in a car a few years back, was pestered for a year by the "injury people"...no doubt i might have got a grand, no doubt "they" would have fleeced the other insurers for 10 grand in the process of getting it.
