anyone had any experience buying a car from them good or bad?
seen a few cars i fancy there, they seem very professional but their prices are bang on independent trade and they claim no movement on price
Any feedback is appreciated.

Pushy, obnoxious and only focused on the sale with little to no customer care.

I will never go back nor will I recommend them.

Avoid, avoid, avoid

I had a job there for 4 days, I walked out never done that on any job.

They are not interested at all in the customer, I read their training modules. It's all about getting the customer committed, a tied up in crippling finance deals.

Buy from a franchised dealer, it may cost a little more but they will look after you better in the long run.

Avoid.

Saw a 335i Coupe in one of their branches, was individual.. with everything on.. actually pretty good car.

Odd experience.. first they made it quite clear before you can get a word in edge way that all their cars are on sale or return, they make £30 on each car and there is no flexibility on the price, they keep the cars for 30 days then send them back to where they came from. They then force you to watch videos with Jason Plato in.

Completely screwed me to the floor on the part exchange, with teen age managers and sales men all pretending to be experts..

However their whole technique, from sales to finance to closure is very structured and by the book, felt like your buying a can of beans on finance rather than your second biggest life purchase.

Nasty experience, took the view that I wouldn't find that specification car again, and once I drove away it would be forgotten.. paid the deposit, with balance on collection, but felt so bad about the sale I cancelled on the basis it just felt wrong.

car was later reduced twice by £1,500 - don't know if it ever sold

Oh and they guilt trip you into buying all their extra GAP or what ever, bundle it all into the finance so it looks like £14 extra a month, fib about the warranty covers, and the finance you actually get isn't the great deal originally advertised.

Buy from a main dealer or a friendly independent, the experience will be far more pleasurable and you will enjoy your purchase more.

Last time I was in one the Mrs test drove a BMW. The only way to do this was to give them her driving licence which they hold on to. No problem you think at the time.

When you get back and don't want the car because it won't run properly trying to get the licence back was harder than trying to get the truth out of a politician. Old school, pushy, unpleasant sales.

Will never go there again
