It's only using DNA as chemical storage, nothing to do with life. It's very slow and not very reliable so I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it smile

It does raise the possibility of a baby 'pre-installed' with all Shakespeare's sonnets though nuts

Even worse if their name is Mac.

I'll probably never understand how that works - I don't even know how a normal SD card works - but it's very impressive that so much data can be stored in such a small mass.

You mean when they visit their friends in hospital? There's a virus going around, don't ya know!
