As far as I'm aware there has been a reporting restriction in place throughout the preliminary hearings that have been ongoing for the past few weeks.

Yet there has been no overarching gagging of the subject on PH throughout this time.

Why not?

I hope PH soon comes around to celebrating our recent World Cup success and Nigel Mansells WDC win.
