Misfire - Sorted!

Wish I could say I did it myself but Peninsula sorted it in the end. Thanks guys.
Some of you may remember a while back that my car kept pulling up anywhere between 2500 and 4000 rpm as though the rev limiter was kicking in (not strictly a misfire). I tried new plugs, leads, shrouds, coil, ign amp, fuel filter, tested throttle pot and AFM (both ok). Seemed ok for a while but then the problem got worse. Decided that Peninsula could sort it during its 60k service.
Had horrible visions of worn cam (£££) but turns out that the main culprit was the section of pipe after the airflow meter - it was collapsing internally! From that I presume the AFM was giving correct reading to ECU, ECU was providing correct amount of fuel for throttle postion, but then the air flow was being restricted and thus the car was over fuelling - hence petrol smell, excessive pops/bangs, and black exhausts.
Moral of the story - take it to a dealer! Half an hour labour and a few quid for a new pipe - much cheaper than all the things I tried (OK, it may have taken them a bit longer if I hadnt told them the remedies I had already tried).
Had new seals on the diff and new clutch master cylinder fitted too.
Pick it up later today in time for Thornfalcon classic car show this Sunday! Woohoo!
