Profile update issue

I can't seem to be able to update my profile picture. I have tried several times but no joy.

I keep getting a window asking me to enter a valid login name ( min 3 characters ) how can I do that when my login name has just two?

Yes tried both on laptop and iPhone. I am not sure if PH changed the username requirement, but mine is just two letters. It keeps asking me for 3!!!

Yes, we do have a username minimum char limit.
If you drop me an email to [e-mail] I can sort out what ever it is you're having trouble updating.
