Compaq Twin Xeon processor upgrade.

Any Compaq bods out there?

I have a Compaq Evo W8000 workstation currently installed with a single 1.7 Xeon processor (256k L2 and 400FSB). This is 1.5v
Spotted a bargain on ebay and bought a matched pair of 1.8 Xeons 512k L2 400FSB (HT capable). These are 1.7v
Went to upgrade and the realised that my board has a VRM module next to CPU A and space for one next to CPU B. Do I just need an additional VRM or do I need 2 new VRM's at 1.5v? Do I need another VRM at all?
And finally, if I need 1 (or 2) where the heck do I buy a VRM from?
