I just picked mine up yesterday after selling off all my Canon gear.
I'm massively impressed with it up to now although the auto-focusing is a little odd. Probably user error but lets see. There's a firmware update being released shortly to resolve auto-focusing issues so perhaps that'll fix things.
So far I've only got an 18-55mm kit lens but I've also got a 23mm f/1.4 pre-ordered so should get that as soon as they're released, and I've also got the half leather case ordered too. That will arrive shortly along with a couple of batteries and the usual protective kit.
Here's one of my first shots using a long 15" exposure last night. No time to process it or do anything so it's straight out of the box using Adobe Lightroom RAW conversion on default settings.

You do know Fuji's OOC JPEGs are very tweakable without losing detail, and superb on their own?
Adobe haven't yet got to grips with the non-standard 6x6 mosaic RAF files stem from, partly to do with Fuji being slow to give them the technical info, apparently.

Yup, I noticed this.....I'm hoping this will improve as I just splashed out over £100 for Lightroom. Beginning to regret having done so. If you want to try a comparative reference the latest release fo Capture One (V 7.0.2) supports the Fuji processor but as a preliminary release there are a few aspects not yet available.60 day trial to be had though so it may be worth having a look.
I have seen some comments that a an old favourite application of mine, currently defunct but hopefully soon to be resurrected as Open Source, can also convert the Fuji files - much to people's amazement. I'm not sure how well it compares and the team behind the Open Source project is still working on some releasable distributions so there's not a lot of point in offering any links just at the moment but I'll keep an eye on it and let people know how things develop (so to speak).

Apple's Aperture is in the same boat, if not further behind due to Fuji dragging their heels over giving them the necessary technical info, so that it and Quick Look/Finder/Preview can all show the RAW file.There's been some further talk about firmware updates including TIFF format, but if SilkyPix wasn't so meh, then there'd be little to complain about, to a certain degree.
Ideally AccuRAW would be an Aperture plug-in so as to work within an already established workflow for some/many photographers using a Mac.
Have wanted an X100 for a while but not been able to justify another camera, and didn't want the fixed lens, and despite being what I was after the X-Pro1 was too expensive. So when I seen this came out, it seemed just what I needed... so bought one today.. yay 
After a brief walk about Bristol harbour area in the dark taking a few quick pictures with no idea what everything does yet I'm very very impressed. Seems to give really good quality images at higher iso settings, plus auto focus seems just fine for what it's intended to do.
Now all I gotta do is sell my 550D and S95 to go towards paying a bit of it.
Hand help, jpeg, iso 6400 but can't remember what else at the min. No real processing, maybe a tiny bit of sharpening in LR.

It's not an easy camera by any stretch of the imagination and the there's no doubting the focusing is slow in low light compared with my 40D which is the biggest drawback.
The rest however is superb and I'm massively pleased with my purchase.
Using this camera really does require a working knowledge of photography. You need to work the aperture and shutter speed to get the best out of this camera. The resulting photos however with a little practice are out of this world. The noise control is superb meaning high ISO's are not a problem. Working with 1600 is largely noise free and you can push it up to 6400 with grain completely under control.
The detail is also incredible. Far superior to my Canon 40D and the colours and very vibrant and natural.
I currently have the superb 18-55mm lens and I've just updated the camera and lens to the latest firmware. You read that right! The lens also has a firmware so keep an eye on that too.
I'm also waiting for the 23mm lens to be released but Fuji have confirmed via twitter this won't happen until September so there's a while to go.
Other accessories I've also ordered include the EF-20 shoe mount flash. I originally wanted the EF-X20 however it costs double, uses AAA batteries so they discharge rapidly and you can't tilt it. As a result, it's not worth the same as the X20. Save your pennies and go for the EF-20!
I've also ordered the leather half case although my dealer is beginning to take the piss on this. I ordered it four weeks ago and it's yet to arrive with them citing stock issues with Fuji.
Finally, I've bought a SanDisk Eye-Fi SD card for just €13 on Amazon. It's only 4GB but that's not exactly what you use it for and the wifi feature is superb.
All in all, I love this camera and so does everyone else when I pull it out!

Can you remember what version it was? I upgraded the body firmware last night but wasn't sure about whether my lens was up to date or not.I agree about it probably not being for beginners though, but it's very nice to use. I've been really impressed by the image quality so far.
I'm thinking that once they bring out a longer lens, that I'd get that, a flash and maybe a faster prime bit further in the future. Should make for something that can really replace my dslr completely (I don't shoot much fast moving stuff anyway) while giving in the main better image quality and being nicer to use.
It seems like a much nicer and discrete thing to walk about with, and people didn't seem to give it the same notice they did to the guys wondering about with big white lenses at the weekend... which I like!
I picked up my X-E1 last week, what a stunning little thing it is, really really pleased with it. I know (or assumed) I was on a hiding to nothing, but I had an hour free yesterday morning so popped into Castle Combe Circuit. In my experience even crappy AF can be forced to work if you play around a bit, and so it was the case with the Fuji, very pleasantly surprised with how it held up to a bit of panning...

As said before on this thread I've got one and love it! That thread above, and ones on other forums will give you loads more info than I can, but my opinion is the same now after having it a good few months.
It's not great when things are moving, and it's not really a total replacement for a DSLR but more of a compliment where you might only break out the bigger camera for certain things. I love walking around with the X-E1, be in on the streets or in a museum, and don't grudge carrying it, which is important. It's discrete and people don't tend to notice as much as if you're walking around with a whacking great white lens etc.
Image quality is fantastic overall, low light quality is good, focus speed isn't that bad at all (better in newer firmware versions), it's fairly compact, the OVF is good quality, feels solid etc. They also seem to be doing a decent job of upgrading firmware and adding bits and pieces as time goes on. The menus are pretty easy to use I find, and it doesn't have too many little quirky. It's definitely a camera you take your time with and consider the photos rather than just clicking away, but I like that! It makes me much happier taking photos with this than my DSLR.
