If someone has got some good pictures and measurements I would hope I can convert peoples original sumps . Help please people !!!!! . Unless the original alloy is really horrible

That's what tux was offering. I think it's the best way to do it

The original alloy is horrible.. Hard to weld as its contaminated metal..

I bought mine from Noble direct, but then had to get fittings.

Noble Motorsport sell them currently.

Do you have some one that can weld up a new sump?

Good luck. I tried welding one and it was not fun.

In the end I just paid the money and got one from Noble

When i was ringing round about them to enquire about retrofits, i was told the difficulty was successfully welding cast alloy to plate alloy. Never done it myself so i don't know how difficult that is.

Thanks

It's possible to do, as I made the sump on the left of the photo. It took ages and was really difficult, getting the weld to hold hot oil was the hardest part as the sump is made from crappy metal. Dont forget to extend the oil pickup by (I think) 30mm. Then you have the enjoyable job of swapping your sumps over smile
