I think these are Mille Miglia reps. They are a good wheel though perhaps a touch heavier than the original Cup 1 wheels.

The original cast cup 1's are a light wheel. If these are made to the same spec as the originals then I would actually prefer these over an original set. The original specs are:

Fronts 7j with a 55mm offset
rear 9j with a 55mm offset

These are:

Fronts 7.5j with a 52mm offset
rear 9j with a 47mm offset

They will give you a little more of an arch filled look and a slightly wider track, with no real downside.

I have emailed them asking for clarification on weight.

Different offset on the fronts - MM reps are 55

Paul, original wheels are 55 offset, the Mille is 52. I believe the weight of the 7.5 fronts are 10.5kg (same as Porsche originals) while the 9" rears are 13kg (12kg for Porsche originals). The Cup 1 wheels are not particularly light. Mags as fitted to the RS are significantly lighter of course.

They are a heavy wheel but they look oh so right on the 964 and 928. Cup 2's although lighter don't work look wise on the either. I have a feeling that the 964 RS mag wheels were 7.5"

I agree, have been looking for ages for an original set but no luck, don't mind the Cup 2 but ones would look so much better

What's a mint set of cup 1's worth - half thinking changing for a set of retro look Fuchs at some point?

Factory? someowhere around 1k appears to be the norm, sometime slightly less if you get lucky

Reps, £500.00 give or take, dependant on tyres etc

Would gladly pay £1k for a decent factory set

There are of course the 18" 964 turbo wheels too...

Or indeed the veloce copies which give you all of the look without the 3 piece construction.

Drop Chris Weaver at Exel Wheels a line, he's usually got stock of most wheels to hand and might be able to get you a mint set of Cup 1's for a reasonable price.
