Some muppet just hit my rental car

Aaaaaaegh. Got a rental car for the weekend and there was a crossing just after a junction. I was paying most of my attention on a guy coming up to the junction so noticed the old lady waiting to cross the road quite late, stopped. The guy pulled out without looking and dinged the back corner, then drove off. Its messed up the alignment of the corner of the bumper.


What do I do?
