I am looking for some advice, I have bought a new 4x4 and only drove it for 150 miles before the snow set it. Since then it has been parked . I noticed this morning that there is some rust/corrosion on the discs.

Does anyone know how I can remove this? Should I just drive it and hopefully the braking should remove it? Any thoughts?

Cheers

My commuter was the same, happens after every car wash as well, I just drive it - comes off quick enough

It'll disappear on the first dab of your brakes, don't worry about it.

A spirited drive / run around the block will clean it off.

Please help me i am a bit confused, why buy a new 4x4 and then park it up in the conditions it was designed to be used in.
