Business Headaches (literally!)
Discussion
Over the last couple of weeks things have been pretty busy business wise and I've started getting really bad headaches right at the back of my head above the neck. I'm not sure if it's stress or posture (I'm on the computer several hours a day) related but was wondering if anybody else has had this before and knows how to deal with it. Advice appreciated...
It could be a number of things or nothing. As others have said, sitting in front of a computer all day has its risks. I'd do the basics first: http://www.soas.ac.uk/healthandsafety/computers/fi...
I'd try taking longer more regular breaks and even a little delegation if you can. If no improvement see your GP to rule out anything else. Good luck!

Can you not swap tasks with others in your company (if possible), you could spend an hour doing some packing, ordering etc and somebody else could do computer based work to give you a break from sitting infront the scree. I do spend a lot of hours infront of my computer but then I do packing, ordering, well everything as there is only me here!
