To the who nicked the glass from my NSR wing mirror last night, thank you for doing it so carefully and not damaging the housing. Currently running though the CCTV to identify you you complete .

Not really put pissed off. If said scumbag is reading this please knock on the door next time. It would be less hassle giving you £100 than go to the OPC to get it sorted.

Quick side note:

They are called DOOR mirrors not wing mirrors due to the position of them. Unless they are on the wings then they are wing mirrors.

I had this last year too (not on the rear wings though). Luckily, like your incident the housing, motors etc were all present and un-damaged. I was greeted by 2 wires also undamaged for the heating system.

£7 delivered on ebay got me a replacement heated mirror with the correct plastic clips on the back which slotted in nicely.

In my view not really worth it for £7 to take the risk of being caught by myself or a neighbour.

Last weekend someone took the aeriel off the wifes focus, £3.60 later we have a new one from ebay.
