ive noticed a issue with my profile pic sometimes its my old polo & sometimes its my current A1 does anyone have any ideas why ?

yes many times im even on a different computer


ive now changed my pic i now have a rotation of polo A1 and pier why cant we delete the image like we can in our garage its bugging me now
