The Huhne question

The case against Huhne cannot still be in camera because local radio stations are carrying the trial start date in every bulletin.

Consequently, there can be no suggestion that its discussion is still in contempt of Court, so may we have our thread back please?

There's a lot of difference between disclosing that a trial is underway and discussing the issues though.
