Red Bull Storm Chase

Just a heads up for those watersports types who might be interested - The first round of the red bull storm chase is under way today. Idea is that it's a windsurfing competition that takes place in conditions of force 10+ over the course of the year.

There's no live video due to the mobile nature of the event, but there should be some pictures and videos coming out shortly afterwards.

They headed over to Brandon Bay on the west coast of Ireland to pick up the 50+ knot winds coming in with this storm. The conditions look absolutely insane:




I can't stand red bull personally, but I love their sponsorship of this kind of thing!
