I've just put a thread up about a T/D at Bedford Autodrome on the events forum.

I know a lot of you guys would love this and it's almost as good as talking about it on this forum.

A chance to give your car it's head and you never know, pass a couple of beardies in their griefs at the same time cool

Bedford is a very safe place to pop your trackday cherry. I'm leaving for a Spa trackday the day after, but incredibly tempted to come along!! Will be in a Lotus though. I'm most afraid of wanting another TVR after doing this though!!

Just called them re my booking - really safe track, combining the best elements of the open-ness of an airfield, with a purpose designed and therefore interesting track, enough straights to get even the slowest TVR up to warp factor 8. All I need now is a flux capacitor.....

If your staying overnight for bedford have a look at the millhouse hotel (www.millhouse-riverside.co.uk)

trackday friendly with cracking food and will take trailers as well. They even have a 177 engine block in the lounge !!

I've been their a couple of times and Karl who runs it is a bit of a petrol head.
