Someone has done a 'buy it now' on my daughters car but I have not had the immediate PayPal deposit or any messages regarding arrangements.
How do I cancel the sale? Can I just hit re-list?
All seems a bit odd to me as they are from the other side of the country & have not enquired or viewed.

I'd give them a day or two personally - you can send an invoice/money request or even just a message asking when they'd like to arrange a time to collect it and a phone number
3 hours tbh, way too soon - they're probably down the pub or working, £3200 isnt something you're going to Paypal

Yes, file Non-Paying Bidder against them once alloted time elapsed. That is the only way to 'report' them. It is is pretty ineffective though.
If they ask to mutually cancel the transaction, don't do it. Let the NPB take its course and then get your FVF back that way.
The reason not to mutually cancel the traction is to protect your feedback. If you agree to mutually cancel the transaction, the buyer can still leave you negative feedback writing whatever the hell they like and you have no way of getting eBay to remove it (except for defamation and even then they just remove the comment and leave the negative and rating blemish).
If you go through the NPB process, and they leave negative feedback, you can contact eBay and they will remove it straight away once looking into it. Also, it helps to keep correspondence through eBay's message system so eBay customer services can see the person is asking for a discount immediately after the sale has finished.

your not wrong there, had one last week.

What was the justification? (apart from being a bell).
