Hi all,

Thinking of VT'ing my car as it's been a black hole of financial death for me.

There are a couple of dings on it, wondering if it's cheaper to get them sorted now or get invoiced for them by whoever inspects the car? I only ask as last time I was charged for a stone chip and the cost seemed resonable?

Cheers

Are you with the same finance co as last time?

If so I'd be more inclinded to 'risk it' you may end up having a lot of small jobs done that the finance co may consider fair wear and tear, if not they'll charge you for them, but if they were reasonable last time it's not an issue.

Different unfortunately, this time it's BMW whereas last time it was a third party finance company.

Might just get all the work done beforehand to be sure. Any idea if alloy wheel scuffs are covered by wear and tear at all?
