Does any one know of a source of custom formed alloy pipe for coolant?

What sort of forming do you need? What length pipe, approx diameter? Bends needed? Depending on the complexity I may be able to point you in the right direction!

I have not measured up yet but something like 1.50m long with a 90 bend at one end and a kink about 0.40m from the other swagged both ends and a take of pipe welded in near the kink. OD of the pipe 0.04m

This is a fair shout, or failing that - AH Fabrications in Hereford are very good, see the following link: http://www.ahfabrications.com/

Although not as pretty as ally, copper pipe and soldered plumbing fitting work well.

Concept Racing in Ross on Wye will sort you out.

Bob's work is fantastic and very reasonably priced.
