Will the ring be visitable w/c 18th Feb?

Morning all

Have the opportunity to take some time off work week commencing 18th Feb

Wanting to go do the ring but not sure what the weather etc will be like in Germany, is it still going to be plastered in snow?

Is the track even open?!
